A. Although Dermaheal was not indicated for these acne ice pick scars patients using a combination of the Hyper_heal cream and Dermaheal silicone sheeting report back excellent results. A. The Rapid-heal cream and Dermaheal silicone sheeting should help and be a good adjunct to the treatment you are using Which should be exfoliating. Dermaheal will help speed up the healing and re-establishment of the top layer of skin called the stratum corneum.

Q. What do i need to do or buy for removing my razor scars permanently?

A. It sounds as if your scar is hyper-pigmented. Sometimes it takes a while for this to go away. There is no guarantee that the product will work for this condition but some patients report back positive results.

Q. 15 yrs.ago I had a chemical treatment that went wrong. The scab fell off before the skin healed and I still have a tightening on the side of my mouth preventing me to smile normally. Also, a raised skin and then what appears like a hole. Is there anything that can help.

The whole may take five months or More to fill up. Good luck. You probably should get a large Rapid-Heal cream and you can get a larger piece of Silicone and cut it to size. A piece last three months and is re-washable.

Q. I found you web site, and I am intrigued by the product. How does one use the pads i.e. do you leave them in place for several days ? or just at night or?

A. You can leave them in place for a couple of days, but at least eight hours a day. You wash the silicone sheeting between uses.

Q. I have a hypertrophic scar on my chest which gets noticed everyday and I am in tears about 1 night a week because of it. It used to be a Keloid, but a plastic surgeon cut it out and now it is a HS and is bigger. I have used the silicone sheets and it will flatten it out, but within a hour or so it is puffed back up to the normal size and the sheets didn't help the color fade either. I am not sure what to do. I have seen a dermatologist and went through 4 injections. Nothing is helping me. I am now in tears about 3 nights a week. I used the sheets for over 6 months and wore them 12 or more hours a day. October 30th will be 1 year that I had the Keloid removed. Everyone keeps telling me to be patient, but they are not me. They don't realize what I am going through. The HS used to be painful, but since the injections it hasn't been, it does still itch though. Please help me, any advice is appreciated. Thank you soooooo very much.

A. The only suggestion we can make is to add the Hyper-Heal cream along with ReJuveness silicone sheeting to your regiment. The problem with keloidal and hypertrophic scarring is that the top layer of skin , the stratum corneum does not reestablish itself. The Hyper-heal cream has the same lipids that the stratum corneum is made off and it is delivered deep into the skin so rebuilding Can happen from the inside out. The steroid injections may have destroyed the sheeting around the fibroblast which would interfere with the healing process also.

Q. I am a physician. Except for surgery, there seems to be little recommended for the treatment of scar formation in Peyronies Disease. This is a devastating condition for the patient as it causes deformity. Any information/ thoughts on how your product might work in the early stages of the disease before the permanent damage occurs?
