I'm just beginning to see a reduction in many of my spider veins. If you apply as indicated, hydrate the areas first with warm water and then apply by rubbing briskly in a circular motion. This needs to be done twice a day which is what I am doing. I am very impressed so far but have only just noticed a change in appearance.
