The top layer of our skin which is called the Stratum Corneum contains a natural carbohydrate complex. We have duplicated this carbohydrate complex from a natural wheat . The result is a glucose derivative mixed with Aloe Peptides to effectively hold moisture like a magnet to the Keratin of our skin. These Keratin binding sites united with our product from a moisture reservoir that can only be removed by the natural process of skin exfoliating or desquamation.

A moisture magnet that accumulates and stays in cells

Most traditional moisturizing agents and humectants lose their effectiveness under the driest conditions. In fact, if the air is so dry outside the skin’s natural barrier, those traditional cosmetic ingredients become sponges in themselves pulling moisture from our skin to adhere to the cosmetic molecules. Claudio Dario's Body Moisturizer works in an opposite manner. Because the active natural ingredients bind to the substructures of each cell and a percentage of our formulation becomes incorporated into the cell that enables the skin cells to become moisture drawing magnets within.

Regulating Cell Moisture

All traditional moisture creams and ingredients work fine when moisture is strong outside the skin, but only our formula excels as a balanced regulation that works whether there is moisture outside our skin or not. A desert setting or a gas heated furnace can produce very dry conditions outside our skin. Claudio Dario Body Moisturizer can regulate moisture, even under the driest conditions of the desert by retaining a moisture reserve within the cell itself and not in the ingredients sitting on top of the skin cells.

Furthermore, in an age where AHAs (chemical peels) high in acidity are used to exfoliate and peel off the top dead layers of skin effectively our Derma Heal Body Moisturizer can take away the irritation caused by these peeling agents. Our formula contains the finest Aloe Peptides which are soothing to the skin. The Body Moisturizer penetrates only second to DMSO (fastest penetrant on earth) so it has a profound effect on the deeper cells that other formulas cannot touch. In fact, part of our formulation merges and stays locked in each cell, the only way to remove this moisturizer holding ability is when the cell becomes exfoliated. Exfoliation is the natural process where dead skin cells shed from the body.

Accumulates until exfoliation

Once cells are sloughed off (this occurs daily) then the fresher, newest cells will be bonding with the natural carbohydrate complex. The Aloe Peptides work to bring about a wonderful smoothness of the skin. There is a natural pore tightening and the Citric acid contained in this formula also allows for the acid PH of the skin to be proper for exfoliation and elimination of toxins.

Many persons using AHA (chemical peels) get irritated skin. Derma Heal Body Moisturizer has a calming action that is an anti-irritant that counteracts chemical peel irritation.

Even though this product is labeled a Body Moisturizer, you can use it on your face as well. You will not need to use much of the Body Moisturizer on the face and neck. This can also be used on critical areas that are exceptionally dry on the face. Don’t forget the elbows, lips and feet as these areas get very dry.

The Body Moisturizer is an excellent product to use with the Derma Heal Skin Memory Serum. Apply the Body Moisturizer first and then the serum or Rose Angelique Rose Hip seed oil over it.

The only preservative used is in the Aloe Peptide base. These are Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate, which are food grade preservatives and compliment the wheat glucose.

Finally keep this in mind; the lower the moisture accumulation on the skin surface, the better the moisture retention in the skin. Other products can steal moisture from the skin and actually make skin dryer.

Do not use on acne or oily areas (including oily or waxy scalp) and use care near the eyes. Wash your hands before using. If allergic to rose hips do not use this product.

Face

Wash and tone (Witch Hazel is an excellent toner). Leave film of water on skin. Use 3-6 drops or as needed on palm of the hand and spread evenly on hands and finger tips. Now message in upward strokes . Use ring finger to gently pat inward towards nose. Without stretching this delicate part of the skin. Massage until Rosa Angelina is absorbed completely. Use more water to accomplish total absorption of oil. Layer water and oil. Make sure hands are clean.

In dry climates and in winter we are recommending a long message on the face, perhaps at night. Spread 10 drops of Rosa Angelica throughout fingertips and palms of hands spreading through out your face and neck. We have seen some people get 10 layers of water using this method. Finish with a layer of about 5 drops of oil and allow this to vanish into skin. In about a half an hour your face will be like a two year baby’s face.

This treatment usually excludes the need to use makeup, but if you choose to wear makeup it goes on easily and smoothly.

Neck

Cuticles and Nails

Cuticles and nails will look marvelous and Rosa angelica has been reported to lift nail problems away.

Hair

Hair should be almost dripping wet. Spread evenly throughout hair and scalp… use 4-10 drops or as needed… having spread the drop evenly through your hands. The hair should not show oil, but should look conditioned. Hair should increase its strength, flexibility, elasticity and manageability. Colored damaged hair respond very well to Rosa Angelica treatment. Perm-damaged hair should be restored back to normal in 24 hours. This is a feat no other product can claim. We have found that by regular use massage into hair can prevent hair loss. Adjust drops to what gives you the best final look after washing and blow drying.

Elbows

Normal moisturizers are ineffective on elbows. Put some water on your elbow and message with oil till it disappears. Use regularly to improve and return your elbows to normal.

Feet

After a bath, your feet are still moist put 4-12 drops of Rosa Angelica for a long foot message that not only will relax your feet, but also recondition those hardened, impossible areas. One of our customers has eliminated her pedicures each month after two months of usage.

Lips

Dried lips will not stay dry anymore with this wonderful oil. Skiers have used this extract in frigid conditions with extensive wind and have praised it highly. Massage a little water on the lips and adjust the right amount of oil, massaging oil into lips.

Sunburned Skin

If you are a sun bather or using sun tanning booths Rosa Angelica rose hip seed oil is a marvelous restorer of dry skin into soft moist, smooth and elastic skin. It is important to moisturize sunburned skin before applying oil. Always check with doctor on serious extreme burns.
